The
announcement was made on a conference call to reporters and bloggers
with Co- Executive Directors Sheridan B. Folger and M. Brad Marston,
National Political Director
Dr. Bill Smith and Florida Political Director, Yomin Postelnik.

Let’s Get This Right (www.LetsGetThisRight.com) has previously endorsed Congressman Gus Bilirakis, (FL-9th) for

Let’s Get
This Right Says Senator Obama Got It Wrong with Biden
Pick.

Boston, MA. August
25, 2008 –
For Immediate Release
Brad Marston,
Co-Executive Director of Let’s Get This Right and
www.letsgetthisright.com appeared on Crosswinds with Karl
Zahn Sunday August 24th on WSMN 1590 AM in Nashua, Hampshire and said “While it
is an interesting choice, Senator Obama didn’t get it
right.”

“I don’t see how picking
a VP candidate who has been in the Senate 14 years longer than John McCain
strengthens the Obama campaign’s message of Change.”

In fact it will make
it harder for the Obama campaign to continue that line of attack against McCain.
Clearly, Senator Biden will be the attack dog for the Democratic ticket allowing
Senator Obama to give his frothy speeches, which he does quite well, seemingly
staying above the fray of “party politics.”
“Senator Biden
does shore up the ticket as far as foreign policy experience is concerned, but
given the vast difference in experience it actually makes Senator Obama look
smaller in comparison.”

Senator Biden voted
for authorization of the Iraq War which might not sit well with the strongly
anti-war left wing that has supported Senator Obama. Senators Biden and Obama
were equally wrong on the benefits of the “surge” strategy that has been so
effective in quelling violence and promoting political reconcilliation in
Iraq.
“Senator Biden
is a walking talking gaffe machine.”

Mr. Marston said “In
the Democratic Primary debates and the recent Saddleback Forum, Senator Obama
has shown that when he is off the teleprompter he is not a particularly good
speaker. People who are following the campaign recognize why Senator Obama has
refused to appear in Town Hall settings with John McCain.” Senator Biden
doesn’t counter that weakness in Obama.

Senator Biden dropped out of the
1988 race for the Presidency after he was found to have plagiarized much of his
stump speech from Neil Kinnoch, British Labor Party leader. Biden’s penchant for
embellishment included falsely claiming academic achievements and his slur
against ethnic owners of convenience stores made the rounds of YouTube early in
the 2008 campaign.

Let’s Get This
Right is a coalition of conservative, Republican political activists who have
joined together to endorse Senator John McCain for President and a growing
number of Republican Senatorial and Congressional Candidates. Let’s Get This
Right is raising money for these candidates through
Slatecard.com.

building conservative political networking via its website at
